We believe there is not an adult offender on the planet, who, if at liberty in the community, cannot work and afford our cost threshold.
- We shift the cost burden back upon the responsible party, instead of 'monetizing the misery' model, which asks society to pay another price, (to monitor bad actors), after having been injured by their bad actions in the first place.
